This use to be a community of middle to upper class professionals, just 2 years ago when I moved in. NOT ANY MORE! I feel as though I am living in the Ghettos of some inner city. I come home to find pieces of kids clothing, condum packages, trash and various other unsightly things on the grounds leading to my apartment. Kids (very young under 9 years of age) playing (screaming) loudly at 10:00PM UNsupervised!! craming limbs into A/C units, digging huge holes in the ground and leaving toys laying everywhere. Maintenance issues out the wazoo, that after 3 months (turned in to management in writing) STILL are unresolved. I can't wait until my lease is up..I would recommend you stay the heck away and find a complex that is MUCH newer and has less turn over in staff. We have had four diffrent management teams in 1 1/2 years. That should tell you something.
