Well, the place is old, and some of the residents are weird, but people are weird everywhere...
The very best thing is the SAME DAY service I have had when my garbage disposal broke and then again when my dishwasher broke. Neither one was anything major, I think it was something electrical that I caused, but the staff was super friendly and every time I have called they have always bent over backward for me.
I have lived there for a year and I have renewed my lease for another 15 months. I would suggest locking your cars if you don't want them stolen... the people that got their stolen left the doors unlocked.

Tina is a major -----! Her childhood friend Kathy is an even bigger -----! They suck in the office and their customer service sucks even more. they are rude to your face. I hate this community since it was sold. I admit there were problems when AMLI owned it, but not near as many as their are now. DONT MOVE HERE IT IS A NIGHTMARE!

This is in response to Marlyhaze1. Would you happen to have a more professional response? One that is perhaps detailed in offense.If you felt that they were rude to your face then there might have been an understandable reason. Did you verbally attack them as you are doing now? Was you polite or demanding? If someone came at me like you here, then I can understand if they were not enthusiastic about serving you. Current tenant and proud of it.
