Under New Management, Bad for the residents.

I've lived in this complex twice. Once in 1998-2001 and again in 2003-2005.
Before the new management bought the place out, it wasn't half bad, the staff was always friendly and responsive. The new management blames previous management for their problems, lies about what to expect and appears to fleece the existing resident population on their water bills.
After the new management arrived, we had no water bills for 3 months. I guessed based on past water bills and STILL wound up owing more than $30. How'
I was promised that they would be sending surveys out to get an idea of what the residents wanted, No such thing ever arrived. Now they are promising "big things" Its not likely anyone will ever see them. Maintenence is non-existent. Here's a hint: If the boiler is out 3 times in a row on consecutive days, there's a BIG problem with what you're doing to "repair" it. But what really set me off is when they blamed the previous management for their incompetence. Never once did I have a problem with the hot water before these fools arrived. Never again will I live there.
