The new "management" stinks.

I have lived in this complex since November 2003. Never once was I treated unfairly or felt like the rules that applied to me didn't necessarily apply to other tenants. THEN this new company bought out AMLI. They were so quick to give my boyfriend and I a notice about an out-of-date registration on a car we don't drive often, but there is a guy living across the walkway from me who's truck has been in the SAME FRONT ROW spot since November 2004, and has NEVER ONCE moved it. It is not even registered in this state! My boyfriend and I have reported this NUMEROUS times to the office, since it is impossible for us to move furniture without blocking traffic and just a general nuisance and inconsiderate thing to do, but they've done NOTHING about it. Come to find out by some less-than-discreet leasing agent, the guy is NOT EVEN ON A LEASE! HELLO! And when we brought up how that is a violation of the lease agreement, they gave us some crap excuse that they can't prove it unless they had surveillance or something. OUR PATIO LOOKS OVER THIS GUY'S MOTHER'S PATIO. THE TRUCK HAS NOT MOVED IN OVER 6 MONTHS. So much for management upholding their end of the deal. I will NEVER live here again.
