I couldn't agree with you more! I'm starting to wonder if management does any type of tenant screening! Between the riff-raff,the "residents" who are not on any lease, and the "kids" it's no wonder this place has gone to pieces. Management staff is not responsive at all and has not sent out one bulletin regarding safety even though there are police cars and crime screen vehicles there occassionaly. What's going on''''' They claim to be "updating" their look but all they have done is buy new signs. It's the inside of the apts. that need renovating...not the signs!!! Unfortunately, this place has become a dump.
