The staff in the front office is unprofessional, unresponsive, and they treat you as if they'd rather be doing ANYTHING ELSE than dealing with you. There used to be a kid whose name I believe was Steve, who would come to our apartment to ask my boyfriend for a cigarette. Do we even know who the property management company is'! At Legends, across the street, they had 2 resident functions and were at the exit gates handing out muffins and juice in the mornings in November. Has this hell hole had ANYTHING for the residents since they've been here' And if you are a current resident and want to re-up your lease, please don't think they'll work up a deal for you; your rent will go up by atleast $10 a month. Oh, and did you know that the place is only at 50% occupancy, when back when AMLI managed, it was at 97%' I WONDER WHY. Also, when I came home from work about 7pm one day this week, I saw 2 guys RUNNING at top speed from around the other side of my building, each of them holding something, and got in their red Neon and sped away without their headlights on. Feels real safe when you're a woman walking to your apartment alone at night. Do yourself a favor, stay WAY away from this place.
