I've been a resident of this property for over 5 years, and believe me; has the quality of life degraded here since the current management staff and new owners took over from Amli. Lots of promises of improvements and no delivery! They say they're renting with the same high standards of application acceptance as Amli, but that's just not true! Vehicles with expired registration and inspection stickers, loud music at all hours, kids running and playing in the drives as late as 11pm, running around the pool area with no adult supervision. After the recent rains the "sand volleyball" area was a mud pit and the head maintenance stood there watching kids play in the mud making a terrible mess and he did nothing. Amli would've never allowed that!

Cheap rent but they really gouge you with your share of the water and gas for the boiler system. You might as well be paying more and living across the street than here!
Your out-of-pocket cost will come out almost the same.

If you need a cheap place to live and don't care about your neighbors or your personal safety, then this would be the place for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

By the way, the management claim that these reviews are written by former residents who were "problem people- people who were denied being re-lent to, or evicted. That's definitely not all true, as I have never been in any difficulty with the management at any time in 7 years and still would not recommend this property to anyone I know! When my lease comes up for renewal, I'm out of here! Good luck!
