Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
When my lease is up I will have lived in this complex for six years. It is a really cute apartment in a great location and I have been lucky to have good neighbors but it is in steady decline. When Amli "dumped" this property over a year ago that was a sure sign of it's demise. A recent complaint to management (only one in six years) about another resident's excessive noise in the early morning hours was met with the comment "There's nothing we can do about it." Not so much as a token "we're sorry you had this issue we'll check into it." This was VERY POOR customer service.
It's not a bad place to live yet but I can see the trend and I will be moving.
