If you care at all about quality management...Stay Away. The apartments are old and have become so dirty since new mngment came in. I have to write maintenence requests and have the office people sign them b/c it takes so long for someone to come out. The last time they came in they broke 3 wine glasses and called me @ work saying they were like that when they came in. Today is the worst we got letters on our doors, "we have noticed that several blinds throughout the property need replacement...we can do this at your convenience for a SMALL CHARGE." These blinds haven't been replaced ever!!!! Mine were taped together when I moved in.
