Ok I lived in these apartments for two years I never noticed anything like that about any of the staff other than i'd have to call multiple times over a couple of weeks to get things fixed. The last person was right about one thing it is located in a great area other than that.... The place is in pretty bad shape when I moved in the carpets were dirty and stained, the walls were poorly painted and already chipping, the paint on the sinks and bathtub were also chipping since they choose to paint them instead of replacing them when they rust. The outside of the apartments were in poor shape when I moved in but I was promised that they were going to be remodeled in the next three months but two years later and nothing. The only apartment that got completely remodeled was the apartment building that caught on fire. There is also termite and ant infestations, good luck trying to get rid of the ants and the roof leaks because of the termites. The electrical wiring is faulty and needs work and the water bill is as expensive as a house of a larger size. The pool is very shadded but because of that constantly dirty with leaves and dirt which rarely seems to be cleaned and I dont even want to write what i've seen in the hot tub. The worst part is there is nicer apartment complexes right around this one for the same price. I would suggest really considering looking somewhere else if you read this.
