We lived there for a year and had not had too many problems with it. Mainly stories from neighbors. One said that the maintnace entered her house when she was not home, let her dog out, and rumage through all her things. Another story from some one differant said that mantnaice entered their apartment to fill a work order in the middle ofthe day without knocking while they were still asleep. They did come into my apartment once while Iwas at work and I had to give them a written notice that they were not to enter without me being there. The manager seemed two-faced. And a friendly neighbor called me one night to tell me that some one she had never seen before was going through my car. Over all it was pretty quite.
