If you do, then you should take heed. This place is on the bottom half of the downhill slope. The roofs leak, leaving stains on the ceiling and walls. The paint that maintenance uses to cover it up does not match. The building shifting has caused the tape and bedding to peel, looks like ----. Fixtures on all of the outlets are going bad, the porcelain on the sink is cracking. Soffets are damaged from animals getting in the attics which the apartments will do nothing about. Birds/squirrels/racoons, scutter through the attics on a regular basis and the complex will not call animal control to take care of it.

As for the management, I can say that they have attempted to correct all issues in a timely manner. Problem is that fixes are mostly half ass. As another resident has already stated, one of the managers lives on property and their daughters are rude and get into business that should not concern them. They really need to mind their own business and not think that the business of all residents is their own. Another of the management staff is quite rude on a very regular basis.

The insulation of the apartments must be insufficient. The electric bill in my place runs over 200 a month.

Vehicles regularly get broken into, but I have not heard of any home invasions.

I have good neighbors, thank god, and cannot hear much from them, but friends have complained to me about noise from their neighbors.

I must say that if there is not significant investment in the property to correct all of the issues associated, that I will be leaving without regret when my lease is up.
