If you think it's bad when you're there, wait until you move. When we left, we cleaned the apartment, but made the mistake of not doing a "walk through". We expected to get our deposit back minus part of our pet deposit. Were we wrong! They sent us a bill for $1000!!!! They said the carpet had pet stains and they charged us for new carpet! We had a chihauhua which was kenneled when we weren't there (or at a friend's house during the day) and was house trained!!!!

On top of keeping our deposit, they expect us to pay $1000! After I asked who the management company was they worked for, they would not take any more calls from me and even hung up on me on several occasions. What losers!!!! They will get you coming and going. Be sure to do a walk through when you move out...or better yet, don't move in.
