I lived their for 3 years and walls were seperating in my apartment, the ceiling leaked and I'd swear it had black mold growing in it. the buildings are shifting off the foundation in some of them and that's not a lie the termites explain all the ants the place is infested and my buddy across the parking lot of where that tree tree fell that nearly killed a tenent out walking her dog late at night he said the whole neighborhood and the assistant manager just stood their then went into her friends house and did nothing I didn't believe it until I seen the whole base had completely rotted out.
