Unfortunate as it is it seems that some of the family members and such have taken it upon themselves to write negative reviews just because they are upset with there personal lives. It is very sad that they feel that the best way to react to the issues is to lash out. But unfortunately some people just cant be adults. I Know all the staff very well and all of them are exceptional people. If you have a problem they are all ready to help you and find your answer or get it fixed for you. It is so sad that some of these other reviewers are dragging them through the dirt because they are personally biased. The apartments are really nice, they all get freshly painted walls and carpets cleaned before they are move in ready. Alot of the apartments are getting new sinks and and new appliances because they are upgrading. The area is really nice, the movie theater is right around the corner, the fire station is really close, there are a lot of food chains close by and the wal-mart and sams club are only like 5 minutes away, also the schools are near by and there are school bus pick ups on the property. The property it self is also really nice, The swimming pool is nicely shaded in the summer, so you don't have to worry about being in the scorching heat all day. Also around the pool beautiful purple wisteria blooms in the spring and summer. Also they have a club house that has computers and printers, a pool table, a kitchen so you can make snacks, a big screen TV, a basketball court and a spa. Overall this is a really amazing place to live and wonderful community!

You have to be freaking kidding me! Whomever this is from the office needs to stop advertising on this sight and let the people speak. Upset with their personal lives, maybe a few, but read all of the reviews. Only in the last few days has their been any personal attacks. This is unfortunate, and nobody should feel good about their selves for that. Shared water bills that amount to over $65.00 a month - F-----G rip off! More than one of my friends S-----D out of their deposits when they left. Not only that, but they were billed on top of the deposit. At the end of a lease period, there is guaranteed to be an increase in rent. Don't believe the reviews? Go to the apartments and ask a few residents! I am sure that you will see a few if you do go to take a tour. High crime rate lately! Once again, ask the residents. Don't believe what you read from here. I believe that police blogs are public record, right? Management, same thing! Ask the residents. Same for the maintenance. Go look in the freaking pool for God's sake! You will see the mess from the trees. And, they never clean the bottom out either. Hang out there one evening and see the unsupervised kids there. Don't believe any of this? Come here and witness it for yourself. Yea, this place is in a good location. But the lack of attention to the upkeep is obvious in almost all of the apartments in this complex that I have entered. Go knock a few doors and see for yourself. If you go on a tour and see a model that is updated, you will be sorely disappointed when you see the actual place that you move into. Please be smart and talk to people when you plan on moving anywhere. A move without thoughtful planning is a disaster waiting to happen.

I am extremely saddened that you feel that this is someone from the office management, I can't even believe that you would think that the ladies down there would ever do anything like that. I am sorry to hear that you had an unfortunate experience, but mine has been nothing but wonderful. My apartment has most of the upgrades, new carpet etc. I haven't noticed the pool being as disgusting as you say, if you feel a leaf here or there is a result of poor cleanliness your wrong. Also I am appalled but your continuously vulgar reviews. I am sure that the reason your "friends" didn't get there deposits back is becuase they left the apartment in a less than satisfactory state. Also if they disagreed with not getting there deposit back they could have fought it or done the final walk through with them, and solved the issue there, but of course you would rather slander a companies name. In regards to the older reviews, Im sure those had alot to due with the old management, This new manager seems to have her head on straight and is really making things much better.
