Word to the wise

If you do, then you should reconsider. This place is on the bottom half of the spectrum. The roofs leak, leaving stains on the ceiling and walls. The paint that maintenance uses to cover it up does not match. The building shifting has caused the tape and bedding to peel, the carpet looks like ----. Fixtures are out dated, outlets are going bad and there is a lot of termite damaged. As another resident has already stated, regarding the manager that lives on property and her daughters they are very nosy and rude and constantly wondering around the property at odd hours of the night with no supervision. She really needs to supervise those girls much better as it is inappropriate as a member of management to be so careless with her own children s welfare, how can she properly manage the Villas if she can't manage her own children. Another of the management staff is quite fake on a very regular basis, but not rude in a sorts. There were some recent home invasions, but the property chalked it up to young kids. Thank god, I have good neighbors. It is a sad situation when you pay as much as we do to live here, and get so little to enjoy. My lease is coming up shortly and I will be moving on up the road.
