It's easy to ascertain this your below avg apartment complex, but that doesn't mean one should accept below avg customer service. Bottom line is they are manipulative and respond poorly to customers. It's important to live in a community that's supportive especially when you pay them, it's not as if you are living there as a free guest.

I do not agree with you. I have had no problems with any one in the office. When I moved in there were some problems and they were helpful, pleasant and had my problems fixed, properly by what I would call after seeing his work a profesional maintinence man. After my past two years at dump Kelly Crossing in Dallas, these people get an "EXCELLENT" from me.
