I moved in 2001. Yes the management was horrible. They would run out back door to hide. I was not notifies of the trash dumpter $5.00 fee. When I moved in water bill around $15.00. They changed method of charging now water bill on 2 bedroom $50.00 . Texas law allows me to see water bill sent from city but 2 years of requesting I gave up. New management started couple of months ago. New paint, new carport awnings, more families moving in, safer feel to place. Water bill still a little high but you know when I go in office the manager comes out to say hello and smiles, thats right, SMILES!!! We haven't seen that in years. I will stay.
