Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
I too lived in these apartments in 1998-1999 at #2523. Over a 3 day holiday, the neighbors upstairs were out of town and their toilet overflowed and made the master bathroom's ceiling cave in and not only did we have a hole in the ceiling but it flooded the whole master bedroom and started to mildew. When my roommate and I went to the leasing office after it opened after the holiday, they were actually YELLING at US!!! Like it was our fault! We had called the emergency maintence, but they never responded. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. I am also supposed to receive a unclaimed deposit from the apartments that was sent to the state, but they will not give me a copy of the past lease. Horrible people-horrible place.
