Lived here?

This is just ridiculous. I am a MWF, middle aged and have lived here for over a year. I love it here. I know of no car theft. Electricity is paid by the individual, not the apartments so I can't see that as a valid issue. If the kitchen sink is overflowing... WHAT is being put in it and why has maintenance not been called?? They respond within hours. I had an A/C issue and they replaced the unit with a brand new one the same day. I sincerely doubt the validity of this review. I like it here so much I have recently asked my son and DIL to consider moving here, and I wish them the BEST certainly!

I agree with the breakins. The year that I lived there 3 people that I am aware of had there cars broken into. Two of my neighbors had there apartments broken into (and they where both on the 2nd floor) and the mailboxes where broken into. I also agree with the electricity bill problem. Yes the tenant pays there own electric, but when I first moved in they didn't tell me that I needed to get an account in my name (I'm not from Texas and every state/apartment is diffrent) so I was billed under there account for the first 2 months. both of which I paid for but then I went back and forth with the managment about the second months bill for 8 months. They kept telling me "yes it was paid" and they would "take it out of the system" but every month I kept getting a notice for this bill (and trying to charge me late fees on it). finally I parked my butt in the office untill it was done taken out of the "system" in front of my face.
