I have lived here for 1 year. I am a middle-aged white female and this is a mixed community. I'm not sure where all the weird reviews came from but from one who actually lives here, let me tell you that I love it here. The management is sensitive to the tenants' needs, keeps the noise level down and ousts troublemakers, noisies and those that can't seem to pick up after themselves. It's quiet and the grounds are shady and lovely. If you don't like to follow the rules you won't like it here. If you are courteous and friendly I suspect you will love it. My husband and I have a beautiful, well maintained (they respond very quickly to problem reports!), spacious 2 br/2 ba apartment. There is no flooding (I saw that in a review... that is just WRONG), no bugs unless you bring them with you ;) My thoughts are that people who have been evicted because they can't follow the rules are writing the bad reviews. Take a look and see how lovely they really are. They are NOT new apartments but they ARE well maintained and we have some really wonderful neighbors. This is a good family community next to an elementary school and close to shopping. So called "reviews" should be screened more closely.

I am glad you have had such a wonderfull experiance but I can gaurentee you that there are alot more people out there that have not. I knew alot of my neighbors at Waterford and I cannot name one that was happy with the accomidations. BTW - no I was not evicted, nor was anyone I knew we all stayed our 13 month lease but got the H-E-double hockey sticks out as soon as we could. And yes I actually LIVED here with my husband and 2 children - and I can gaurentee you are very much the exception in enjoying your experiance at Waterford, but of course maby your standards are lower than mine.
