The office staff is crappy

They really blow you off
If you move out they'll charge you for hanging pictures. (150.00)

There were 2 rats in our apartment when we lived there.

The -------- in the office only hire their family members and so now they only let a bunch of -------- take over the property.

Then they prorate the water. So you pay $50.00 for water when you live alone BUT your MEXICAN neighbors with 10-15 people in a two bedroom use all the d### water.

JUST LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE TILL THE EVICT HALF OF MEXICO

They do break the rules here on Fair Housing Laws. This family i knew had two children, mother and father living in a ONE bedroom. Is the office staff blind? I never saw rats but I do believe that. Crazy black lady used to knock on doors asking for money and I SWEAR there were black guys in the dumpster going through peoples trash bags. Thats just sick. So it was pretty funny when i moved out i had a broken stereo system so right in front of them i dropped it on the ground a few times before tossing it in the dumpster. TRY TO SALVAGE THAT NOW! Also, Manager put up notices about people leaving there trash outside on curbs, and i saw here in person going through peoples trash. Probably looking for something else to make money off of. HaHa

You people are rude! There is NO REASON TO EMPHASIZE ON THE WORD MEXICAN OR BLACK. IT MIGHT NOT BE THEIR FAMILY THAT THEY ARE HIRING. MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE JUST LEFT WITHOUT POSTING THIS RATING. YOU ARE A TERRIBLE PERSON FOR RIGHTING A THING LIKE THAT. BUT THEN AGAIN YOU PROBABLY HAVE NO HEART AND ONLY CARE ABOUT YOURSELF TO RIGHT SOMETHING LIKE THAT. YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT IF YOU HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING THAT IS THAT UGLY. I LIVED THERE AND SAW NOTHING THAT BAD WITH THE APARTMENTS. DID YOU EVER THINK THE RATS MIGHT BE THERE BECAUSE OF YOU? AND TO THE PERSON WHO WROTE ABOUT THE PEOPLE DIGGING IN THE TRASH, YOU COULD HAVE LEFT THE WORD BLACK OUT. IT COULD HAVE JUST BEEN PEOPLE. I TAKE IT YOU TWO PEOPLE ARE VERY SELF CENTERED AND RACIST. WHITE PEOPLE ARE TRASHIE TOO. I USE TO SEE THEM DIGGING IN THE TRASH AND KNOCKING ON DOORS, THEY CAN BE CRAPPY AND RUDE TOO. THEY HIRE FAMILY MEMBERS INTO BUSINESSES. YOU TWO NEED TO GET A LIFE AND LEARN HOW TO RESPECT PEOPLE.

okay, stop being a hipocrite. It's obvious you are a section 8 person with your writing skills. it's write not right!!! since you don't like yourin a nightmare's comment about using the word MEXICAN and BLACK then I guess you're no better by calling white people crappy and rude. If you opened your eyes a little and accept the truth that BLACK people will ALWAYS be SECOND CLASS people and Mexican's will always be immigrants. Accept the truth for what it is and deal with it. Just because we're not living in the 50's now, doesn't mean ------ have any more rights than whites, because they never will!! Teach your people how to talk correctly and spell correctly if ya'll want to be treated farely and not by the color of your skin tone!!
