These allegations are incorrect and these depictions of this property are incorrect as well. It is a nice area and for a Section 8 property, its rather nice. I have not witnessed any crime since I have been here, and I am a resident. The NEW STAFF is taking the 'bull by the horns' and are weeding out the "BAD" residents, no wonder someone with such an ignorant mouth would speak in such a way, they're probably getting evicted and are acting out as a result. Some people.

the apt was always flooding. always very very very hot and the electric was always being turned off and so was the water and there was a lady who was always asking for nmoney. the police were there all the time and they would shine their lights on the apts. one asked me something or other when i walked by him one night. it was loud and beer cans, although i did not know it was section 8 too. that is why there were people there always during the day i guess. these people would park their truck or car in my space all the time or get in front of it, because they got vicarious thrills from doing so. there were bad ants. the flooding ruined the carpet. the stairs are just dangerous and too high and about to fall down. there were places in the carpet that felt like the floor was going to fall. they always turned off the water, oh i said that. the pools were like little wading pools. there were bad dogs everywhere. it was soooooooooo hot, and ssssssssooooooo cold. that was the worst thing and the electric bills would run up to 500 a month for a two bedroom. it was just scary that place would blow away in a heavy wind. it was so unsafe. the people who lived there were fairly nice. trhe managem, ent was ok. the mailman was creepy and unhelpful, the maintenance men from the other country were rotten and mean and yelled at me, and they were scary. the police were always there and told me once they were there for drugs or something. you dont want to live there unless there are major changes. at least the electric.

I have lived here for over 5 years... I agree this is the worst staff that has been here. I was out of town and my boyfriend went in on the 1st and tried to pay my rent... Sarah would not tell him how much I owed, when it was due, and from what my boyfriend tells me she was just a B. The water bills have doubled in the past 5 years. I have friends that live in Dallas and Carrollton at brand new apartments and their water is a 1/3 of what we pay here. The 2 nevgitive responses are correct about the bedrooms... i can not even be in my master bedroom durning the day cause it is so hot.

I've been living here now for 5 years and for the most part find it very enjoyable. Yes, they have rules to protect those who aren't on the lease from getting information about you, like how much your rent it is ect! No the water bills have not increased by double. I don't agree with how they bill you on water usage, but it has not gone up that much. Some of the apartments face directly into the afternoon summer sun with no trees or bushes in front of windows or doors to keep the sun out. Yes, they are HOT that depends on where that apartment is located. Hardly ever seen police here other then just on random checks. Never had any problems with maintenance and they are friendly, things are usually fixed within a week. Only one time I've been without power is when we had a bad storm that knock out the transformer to like 6-7 buildings for a few days. Might try paying your bill to keep your power on! Guess the person thinks everyone on section 8 is a bad person because they are home a lot, that's not true. Never had any flooding problems or noise problems in my part of the complex, as in most apartment complexes there is the so called good side and the dark side. My last apartments was just like that too, the back of the place was scary while the rest was ok. I live right in the middle so no problems. No, the pools are not big they do have three of them and they well kept up all year around. The staff for the most part is friendly, just like anyplace they can be B's to deal with. Most of the staff has been here now for three years or more. They are doing a good job and getting rid of the rift raft. They are redoing the outside of the buildings now with new siding and fences. These are older apartments they were built in the early to mid 80's so they don't do a great job of keeping the cold and heat out. Over all I love the place, sure beats where I was living before ten folds.. Yes, there are a lot of better places, there are a lot of worse places. On a scale of one to ten with ten being the best I would this place a 7. You can't compare an older complex to a newer one just can't be done, they are going to be better without a doubt... You have to look at where you are wanting to live how close it is to where ever you want to go a lot work, school, shopping and then compare prices then choose your apartment wisely.
