I have lived in these apartments for some time now (Im talking 5 years), I have had better management, however I do see that the management is trying. However, what is going on with all the police coming onto the complex' I have seen more police in the past month then I have the entire time I have lived at Waterford on the Meadow. I do beleive the crime is starting to go up a lot and something needs to be done. Last night I invited a friend over to visit when I was talking to him trying to give him direction to get to my apartment he had a guy run out of the bushes by the office whith blood gushing out of his wrist. The guys was screaming "call 911". My friend did not know if this guy was being serious or being set up. So he kept going and got to my apartment and then called 911. Not sure what was going on, but what a great first impression and not to mention for the people that my friend deals with on a daily basis, that was really not good. This was not the first thing that has happened to me in the past 3 months.
