Great Place, Great Price! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/27/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   I've been here 4 years & love it. The prices are really good now as they are willing to listen & negotiate as occupancies are low everywhere. I negotiated a good deal a year ago & they're still honoring it a year later! I have a wonderful creek view w/ ducks & turtles,etc. It's beautiful & more reasonable than any place in this part of town. I've shopped & compared. Yes, there's breakfast for you on Saturday mornings, repairs are fixed quickly, lots of parking, great neighbors, lots of fun. I wouldn't live anywhere else. Management is now the best it's been in a few years. Property is very well taken care of. Enjoy!
