Warning it's obvious that the management staff wrote the 12/16/2003 review. I have lived at Waters Edge for four years. The previous staff was incredible, a tuff act to follow. So far the new staff has not performed as well. The grounds are not kept as clean, the gates are not repaired as promptly, even the flyers that are placed on the doors look cheap with plain paper copies and the copier has black lines going through the page for 8 weeks now. Am I being picky' Sure! Like I said, I have lived there for a long time and can definately tell a decrease in overall quality. Granted they are being compared to a staff that was near perfect and now the staff is average. But I would still recomend this complex to anyone. It's awesome and having an average staff is far better than moving to a complex with a horrific staff (I think we've all experienced that before)My advice, rent here, but it used to be much better.
