Not All It's Cracked To Be

I have lived at the apartment for several years. They have recently changed ownership and the place is beginning to slide.

They no longer provide pest control on a schedule basis. You have to request the service. Several of my repairs were never fixed. The apartments are noisy especially on the Street Sides (poor window quality).

When I first moved in I thought the apartments were great. Now, I would consider better values in the area
