Wouldn't live here another six months

I have been here the last six months. My daughter's room was very warm in the summer time and now in the cooler months, it is very cold!!!
They claim these apartment are very efficient...lie. Our first electric bill was $230.00. However no apt is ever that efficient.
Less landscape and more parking since there are not garages for everyone. And no need to cut the grass at 6 am.
Carpet by our shower is moldy. Shower doesn't hold water in. Never been fixed.
Lights in guest bath have never been fix, they just keep changing bulbs, but we think there is a short somewhere.
Always dog poo in grass and parking lot.
Apt complex looks nice, but I wish we would have chose somewhere else. Thank goodness we are moving out.
