After reading the previous post "Read All..."
I have to point out on the fact that the reviewer did not provide any usefull information. In addition, the ratings given for maintenance, grounds ect. were all scored as lowest possible which is highly unlikely. And, all their neighbors feel the same way; ALL' Possibly the reviewer has a "bone to pick" with someone.
