Here is a list of the negatives:

1. Ground crew and landscapers start working early in the morning and are VERY noisy.

2. Although it's a gated community, the gates are broken nearly half the time and left open.

3. Two serious burglaries in the complex in the past 6 months.

4. It seems that there are a lot of dog owners and the contant barking is a noise problem.

5. Rent statements are issued one day prior or on the day that it's due. Since the statement includes a water bill that changes monthly, it's a bit inconvenient to get to the leasing office given only a one day time frame.

6. Apartments aren't well insulated. Hot in the summer unless AC is maxed or cold in the winter unless heating is maxed. I have friends who live in 3000 sq.ft. houses that have cheaper electric bills in the summer than me.

Well,I personaly do not agree. I have a big 2 bedroom and my bills are cheaper than any other apartment i have ever lived in. I al so get my statements at least 3 days ahead of time but even if I didnt, the water is almost always the same! The landscapers do their work in the morning but it is during the week when most are at work. I have never had any problems that were not taken care of in a prompt matter. I think it is a great community.
