I have lived at Watersedge for 1 year and have been here through the changes in management. Management has really improved. They are always polite and helpful. When I first moved in noise wasn't a problem, however my neighbors moved and the ones that moved in were very noisy. The construction of the apts has been the best I've seen. A neighbor was always playing their music loud, but after calling the office several times, they have quieted down. I think my problem is I live in one of the small one bedrooms where younger people tend to live and occasionally they can be loud. There are a lot of dogs and my neighbor locks theirs on the patio and it barks at everything that walks by. The landscapers do start work at the crack of dawn, but I'm sure they're busy and it gets hot in Texas early. I have never needed to use maintenance, so I can't really say there's a problem with it although I see them often. I am moving to a bigger apt within the complex and am hoping that will fix the noise. I'm otherwise very happy here.
