Waters Edge Apartments

We're Happy - Long but Informative From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   For what this is worth... A friend of ours told us about his site and told us about the negatives comments posted. Just want to say my husband and I are happy at Waters Edge. We've been here for a year and have renewed our lease until we get into a house. Staff is friendly and professionally courteous, maintenance is prompt (we don't make unreasonable demands), we have never had any major problems with anything other than some jerk that used to park in my covered parking space. Trash is picked up, grounds are kept clean and the place is dog-friendly, which is great! Fitness center is clean and equipment works. A DPS trooper lives in our complex, so hopefully the presence of the police car will deter folks from trying to do anything dumb. We pay our rent on time, follow the rules, treat and get treated with respect.
