I have one of the 1500 sq ft 2 bedroom apartments over looking the wide grassy area to the creek that runs through the entire complex loaded with fish, beaver, egress and ducks.

Pros:
1. Great view and dog walk areas.
2. Good maintenance team (hi-priority items are usually handled within 24 hours)
3. Package service is wonderful. They even deliver to the door on some Fridays. Thanks Alex!
4. Regina in the office went out of her way to have my gas fireplace redone with a new embers, without me asking (when she overheard mine was gone). Thanks so much, I love it!
5. Large 10x25 patio in my apartment over looks the creek area.
6. Policemen conference to help the avoid security problems in surfacing in Plano, we have had our share.
7. Daily (weekday) trash pickup is a nice touch.

Cons:
1. The office staff changes their mind and dosen't stick to what was verbally promised due to "Procedural changes" (Third party routine). Get it in writing, I never received the garage that was promised, and have been here more than 8 months.
2. Price per sqft is more than some of the other apartments in the same area.

Then you need to check out Mission Gate on Ohio & Razor! Much more affordable!
