I have been living in this complex for more than a year, and when I moved in the management was absolutely great. The property was a delight.

They actually took pride in this property, it was well-maintained, cared for, etc. Moreover, that management put the customer first, rather than arguing with the customer, etc.

As soon as, they left, the property fell to a poor management staff, who seem to be just "fluff" They look good, but in reality, do nothing worthwhile for the community nor potential customers.

As a result, I have noticed that the property is not as clean, well-maintained, etc.

It seems like their maitenance guys are always gathered in a corner and just talking in Spanish. Guys, it would be a good idea to do your job, after all, we are paying for you.

There are some annoying neighbors who are busybodies, and want to talk and chew everyone's ear off. In fact, sometimes, you cannot go to any of the community's events b/c those neighbors are there first, and ready to stick to you like the plague.

Their breakfast is over-rated, it's better to sleep-in, but take it for whatever it's worth.

Other than these aspects, it is a very nice apartment, community, and overall picturesque area.

I just wish they managed it better, and more educated/professional people lived here, not the disgruntled/bitter old singles who have nothing special left in life.
