You could find a better apartment staff and management

I lived at Waters Edge for a year and the old management was great. The new management is snobby and very rude. They take forever to get anything done and they over charge you for anything. The lights in our parking lot were out for an entire 2 weeks, it was pitch dark at night. I felt very uncomfortable during that time, especially when I had to take my dogs out to the bathroom. We recently received our final bill and it was ridiculous. They charged us for things that were not necessary. I would not recommend Waters Edge at all.
