The new management team has one concern, finding new residents. Once you have signed the lease, expect to be ignored. The current residents have no priority, and you are treated like a nuisance if you need to discuss anything with the management. They are very rude, unless you are a prospective resident. If you have an emergency maintenance issue, you must babysit them to have it resoloved. The only nice thing about these apartments is the view, and I think the management depends on that to keep current residents around.

Wow! It sounds like someone has had a completely different experience than I have. I have lived here for over 3 years and I love it. Maybe you should keep in mind all the positive changes that have been made recently. Please join your us at brunch and feel the sense of pride that we all have in Water's Edge.

I second the above comment. At the town Hall meeting on Tuesday 40 or 50 people showed up to eat pizza & talk about the new dog park location and to just laugh and have fun. THANK GOD!!! you didnt come to spoil it.

Seriously... happy residents don't think to come to this site until they need to move and they are looking for something new. Only people in the "industry" would check this site often.
