Well if you are living here and see trash pick it up be proactive!!! This is my home just like yours and i dont pass the buck. Have pride where you live. Did you know that a few of us get together every month and walk along the creek to pick up things that have floaten in??? No i bet your just waiting to pass the buck!! So move back to some concrete apartment and remain a #. btw the office staff has been a great improvement from the last bunch.

Sounds like a "pass the buck" response! Responsible management/tenants would not ask tenants, that pay for curbside service (as all Waters Edge paying tenants do), to be so "pro-active". Regarding office staff; it has never been as good as it was under Larry Peel Mgmt. I've lived here over 8 years, and can can concur with previous posts that the current management is sub-par, at best.
