What a good time at the WatersEdge pool this weekend. Water volleyball games are kicking this year. This has been by far the best summer at the main pool. Just want to counter the previous negative review. So if you like to enjoy your weekends come to WatersEdge.

Thank you so much for your kind words. We are continuing with projects to improve landscaping from the drab winter colors to vibrant spring colors. By the end of April, we will have trimmed trees and shrubs, planted new seedlings and tidied up the creek area.

Yeah! This is a great place to live because there's a security code on the door to the fitness center! Where did you go to college?

Regarding the post about a semi-trackor trailer parked on the street near the pool and office. I checked the Plano Texas government website and the truck is in violation of Plano parking ordinance. The truck may not be parked within 500 feet of a single or multi family residence property and may not park for more than 4 hours anywhere in the area as the zoning is multi-use commercial/residential and extendend parking for such vehicles is only allowed in industrial zones; its all on the Plano website. Waters Edge property management may be aware of the infraction and has been working with Plano authorities, I dont know. However I know that the city of Plano responds quickly to violations. My guess is the Waters Edge management has not investigated the issue. Should the management team respond to the issue? ABSOLUTELY! Property managers should respond to unlawfull activity in and around their community, its all about attempting to provide and providing the the highest quality environment for their tenants.
