Regarding the post about a semi-trackor trailer parked on the street near the pool and office. I checked the Plano Texas government website and the truck is in violation of Plano parking ordinance. The truck may not be parked within 500 feet of a single or multi family residence property and may not park for more than 4 hours anywhere in the area as the zoning is multi-use commercial/residential and extendend parking for such vehicles is only allowed in industrial zones; its all on the Plano website. Waters Edge property management may be aware of the infraction and has been working with Plano authorities, I dont know. However I know that the city of Plano responds quickly to violations. My guess is the Waters Edge management has not investigated the issue. Should the management team respond to the issue' ABSOLUTELY! Property managers should respond to unlawfull activity in and around their community, its all about attempting to provide and providing the the highest quality environment possible for their tenants.

The trackor trailer belongs to a resident, I have seen him walk into the apartments on several occations. I chose not to report the issue to Plano PD out of sympathy for his circumstances. You may choose differently.
