Maintenance at WaterEdge is the worst I have ever seen...they are slow it takes days and multiple phone calls to get something done. Staff doesnt return phone messages,even when left as emergency maintenance issues. I have waited over a week and still having to call about issues. Also when they come up and look at the issue the tell you its fixed and its not. Asked for water temp to be adjusted down it runs at about 130 degrees they came up but water temp never was adjusted. Garbage disposal broke I was told had to wait a week and a new one would be installed...they installed and 3 months later it came apart due to rust...so they put in a used unit even though I waited a week...AC Main return vent not pulling any air...reported and was told the air was cold which is not the problem...apt. takes verylong time to cool because ac unit doeusnt pull any hot air out of apt.Report front door need to be adjusted as you could see out the bottom ofit and hear air comming through it...was told they put weatherstrip on door however that didnt fix problem asyou can steal see under it...

I don't understand how you can put anything but a 5 for parking. Yet you didn't. There's so much parking here you never have to walk far. Personally I've never had any noise problems as the walls are sound proof. The only sound is my neighbor's windchime, and that I only hear when I'm outside. There is no construction going on, so I don't see how you could have made that a 1. I don't think this is a fair rating.
