I have never seen a staff anywhere as rude as this one!! If you want to be screwed over and over again, move in!! Covered in bugs and ants!!! We were told our apartment would have new carpet, because the one they had in was due to be replaced, when in fact we just got that old one and were told "the lease is signed..." They only look for their benefit and never care for residents!! Very rude!! Appliances fall apart! Maintenance is horrible! Trash bags are laying all over community till afternoon! Check it out for yourself!! Would not greet!! You can find a better place to live in in the same area! Check out Bentley Place for example, or Arbor Hills. Look around!! Do not move in here! There occupancy is under 90% all the time, which is BAD for this area! This must tell you something is wrong in here!

You could not have said it better! Maybe if staff focused more on tenants and not partying all the time this place might be a better place to live. I am moving out as soon as my lease is up at this rat hole.

I think it's great here and I have lived here for almost a year or so. Chanal, Tabby, Katheryn, and Stacy who is the head manager are awesome. I have been in the office waiting to get something faxed or to pick up a package and witnessed people cuss at them and act unprofessional. I live by the good book and have you ever thought about asking them how is there day going, or if everything is okay today. It doesn't take much to do so! I have been in there and can tell they are stressed and like you may have been at your job or just dealing with life period you can't always take things so personal. I lived by the office previously and I have never seen them having just office parties not only did I live by the office I was going in there to use the computer or something that I needed. We have rules here about the trash and a lot of the tenants break them. You only suppose to put the trash out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays the morining of. Also, as far as new carpet no apartment is going to just give you new carpet because you say so. You want to much from an apartment no disrespect the lease houses all day long so, go and find one. Trust me when you ask a realistic question from some of these complexex around here they say Waters Edge is a nice one out here. For example Tribeca a friend of mine lives there and they are always breaking into their cars over there in they unbelievable nice so, what is that you want to have. Nice people, neighbors, staff and etc. Tell the neighbors you live by to stop putting trash out so early and you won't see trash on out lovely apartment community. You can always pay $10,000 and break your lease that will suit you well. Have a wonderful blessed life. GO Wateredge you rock!!!!!! Wew hew for all the staff! Keep up the good work this industry is hard on everyone that is in it.

UMmmmmmmmmmmmmmm How would someone who wasnt a manager of another complex know what the occupancy rate was............and how it affected the area???? I smell a rat here

It is actually quite easy to find area occupancy rates if you're in the biz... thankfully I ran from this place once I saw how insensitive onsite and corporate management was. There are far too many other locations in the area much better maintenance wise and tenant friendly... If you are moving here... be afaid! Very afraid!
