I moved away from this apartment complex last year because of the loud parties going on well into midnight. I am a working mom and need some sleep. That really wasn't too much to ask, but the staff would just say "Call the police." The lack of accountability to the tenants is my number one complaint. Why can't they just adhere to the policy of the 10:00PM curfew. Of course people are going to party if no one is stopping them, why wouldn't they' These partiers don't care about anyone else, just themselves.

Out of curiosity, how would an office staff enforce that rule? Put up fliers? They're all off by 6, except for Tuesdays when they're off at 7. Unless you want them to come special for you to kick everyone out of the pool. We'll ignore the fact that any of them may be working parents as well. One of the police force's jobs is to enforce curfew and noise laws. If the police have to come enough times, the problem will probably cease to exist.
