parking = We can park within 5 spaces from my stairs.

noise = This place is amazing! Soundproof!

Grounds = Very relaxing place to walk around at sunset.
The 3 pools are very nice! (Family pool @ 7'deep, water volleyball pool, 25 meter lap pool)
The sauna is very nice. There is a steam room, but I haven't used it since it is too humid outside already.

Safety = Almost perfect, except for the gates not closing at times.

Construction = Very well laid out complex. They feel more like a home than an apartment.

Maintenance = Sometimes you have to call more than once, but overall....very good.

Staff = They get the job done and they are nice too

BEWARE-FAKE REVIEW" Steam Room has not worked in quite sometimg. Pool- There is only 2 pools. Like I said this is obviously a fake rewiew.

Oh please! You pay through the nose to be treated like crap at this place. Maintenance comes into residents homes and breaks things, leaves the glass on the floor and covers it up with the bath mat! This is "luxury" living.

FAKE?? Maybe you are the fake? There are 3 pools here: 7'deep family pool, water volleyball pool, lap pool that is next to the workout area. I mentioned the sauna and steam. I have used the sauna several times.

Wow, think you're paying through the nose here? Move to any other city in the US. Besides, we couldn't find any other apartment in the area that had soundproofing walls, gas appliances, lap pool, and 24 hour exercise room. The worst problem I have with this place is the frequency of the sprinklers, but every apartment complex does that.

Well let's see, I used to live at The Village, paid only half (HALF) of what I pay here and I loved it. No complaints. GREAT MANAGEMENT, the management was LINCOLN PROPERTIES. Something you will not find with GREYSTAR. Oh and you are wondering why I moved here if I was paying so much less? Because it was closer to my job when I am in town, and I made the mistake of judging a book by its cover.
