Granted, I have only lived here a short time but I am really enjoying it. I feel like I am living in an aparment building alone, I hear very little noise. There is residual pool noise but I knew that when I chose to move close to the pool. I rarely hear my neigbors. Such a step up from other complexes.
There are 3 (yes, 3 pools here) one that is 7 feet deep, a small, adjacent Volleyball pool and a lap pool. They are nice and well maintained, yes, they are busy but what else would you expect from a pool in Texas' The people are generally friendly around the pool area.
The workout room is nice, much nicer than other apartment homes I have lived in. The equipment is modern and the workout room itself is nice. I am sure the sauna will be nice in the winter.
The grounds are nice and the office staff is helpful. Maintenance, compared to other complexes is very good and they are friendly.
So far, I am really happy and looking forward to living here. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

The best way to find out how people like an apartment complex is to ask the residents. Really, you should try knocking on doors to see what people say. Online, you never really know who's who. The person who bashed this blog could work for a competitive complex. Who really knows? Truthfully, I live here and I agree completely with kermibabe. Who knows though. I could be an ex-employee back living in a trailer home, missing those glory days when I had an apartment.
