For those of you with nothing better to do than complain, get a life, this is a great apartment community and the only thing wrong with it is you, the complainer. you have no friends and no one wants to talk to you because you are 2-faced. the staff and the apartments are perfect. if you do not like the noise move to the creek side. where it is peaceful, then we can all be satisfied. you were young once and hopefully not the way you are now, which means have fun, there is nothing wrong with fun, all you want to do is complain, so that people can talk about you and so you feel important. you might actuall gain a friend if you would just chill out, and have a good time, instead of hateing life and everyone in it. waters edge is our community and will remain to be, if you don't like it too bad, you move we are here to stay.ps. GET A LIFE

If the quality of your writing is a representation of [some]of the tenants at Waters Edge, you are spending way too much time partying at the pool... try buying a thesaurus or a dictionary instead of the booze and suntan oil!!

WELL UNFORTUNATELY YOU CAN'T MOVE BECAUSE YOU ARE UNDER SOMETHING CALLED A ***LEASE AGREEMENT***!!!! The only people making defense to the WATER'S EDGE Apartments are the employees. The women who work there are unreliable, oblivious, and arrogant. They are the type who are nice to you face-to-face and backstab you any way they can with the powers they may possess as an apartment employee. I have called the office for different pressing reasons and each girl who picks up shews me off the phone quickly promising they will call back BUT DON'T...EVER. I have to call them back, advise them I called earlier and noone called back, and the response is "what can I help you with", not an apology or any sense of remorse. I have also had several faulty accommodations within my apartment by which I have asked for repair and NEVER GET DONE. One particular situation, I had to call incessantly for an item to be fixed for literally 6 MONTHS before anything was done. Each time the lease agent would act oblivious, and AGAIN no "I'm sorry! Let's get it fixed!" It's,"What's the problem? Well, I don't see the work order in the computer"....WELL, THAT IS YOUR FAULT! Especially when I call for 6 MONTHS WITH NO ACTION! The girls (GIRLS because they are clueless to what customer service and professionalism is) have an authority complex because they know they can manipulate someone's fees, fines upon moveout, along with other contractual idiosyncracies. AND.THEY.DO.ABUSE.THIS if they do not like someone. Plain and simple, they have no regard for the tenants and have no clue what it takes to actually be professional. They think because they make what ~$15/hr?...they are hotshots. Mikep2169 go back to the pool, live off your daddys' green, and learn just because you are dating one of the employees doesn't mean you know it all.
