My husband and I have lived here for 1 year and wanted to move out the 3rd month of our lease! The office staff is unfriendly, snotty, and can't seem to relay timely messages (if they make it at all) to the maintenance staff. The sprinklers come on even when it rains, and there are several broken sprinkler heads- making for geysers in the parking lot. You definitely foot the water bill here. It's more expensive than any other apartment I've ever lived in! The parking is horrible, and the access gates are always broken, which might benefit you because the gate openers they issue are crap and don't work half the time anyway. We lived in an apartment on the 1st floor near "turtle island"- aka, a stagnant creek, and have had several bug issues that can't seem to get addressed, which is a main factor for us moving out. Silverfish are VERY dominant throughout our apt, we've had pest control out almost every monday, and even bought our own insecticide! The electricity bill will be high because the windows and doors aren't sealed properly. They tell you when you're touring the property that the apartments are "soundproof" and were built to be condo's, they're lying!!! Walls are thin!! There are quite a few other things, but those are the major points. This place could be nice if they gave a damn, but they don't! Trust me, don't move here!
