I previously wrote this review knowing that the management would come on immediately and accuse me of being the same person that is writing reviews. The truth is that I am looking for an apartment to move into after my lease on my house is up. I came to complex to look into the place and was disgusted not only by the complex but by the service that I received.
I am also a regular on Craigslist and was looking on there for an apartment when I found the link that spoke of this place and followed it to apartment ratings.com. After I had read all the posts and even spoken with someone living in the complex, I posted my opinion and advice to those involved with Avalon and those who might be thinking about doing so.
As predicted, management came on there directly after and yelled at me, made fun of me, and claimed that I am the same person. I will tell you that I happen to know from the IP addresses and also just the simple wording of posts, that whoever is posting in favor of Avalon is the same person and continues to post from the same computer machine.
I will hope that you take my advice and steer clear of here. If you have some thing to recommend please do so here, or if you have an experience to share, please do it!

Hahahaha! I like the fact that you think I'm managment because I get a kick out of how dumb you really are. You are the same person and I know this for a fact. Don't you know that computers do amazing things these days? Anyway, yes you are right...I will come on here and call you names and yes I wish you would move out.

I do live here and before the property was bought from Post Windhaven by this Ravi dude, the complex was wonderful and absolutel immaculate. Potential renters were obviously screened much better. I have seen an absolute hoard of middle eastern tenants invade the place and the smell of curry on a Saturday morning is abhorrent. It actually makes me want to throw up. My lease will be up soon and I am getting back into a home. I cannot live this way anymore. "Hopefulmover", you are exactly correct in your writings. This place is a joke and I DO live here. Also, the people (again, middle eastern people who probably live free...most like the reason our water bills are so high...we are paying for them as well)walk like elephants. I live below a couple and it is absolutely horrible. It doesn't do any good to complain...the management never does anything about it.

I am glad to hear someone else who does actually live there voice there opinion. Sometimes I wish I did live there to have the credibility and the power to get something done about it. In many more ways I am thankful that I do not live in your place. I believe there is a lot of truth and good footing in your statements, not only about the middle easterners, but also about management. It is obvious to me and many other people that something is going on that is not right. Stand up for yourself and make sure that your opinion is heard. My theory is that if you are paying for a service including housing, it should be up to public satisfaction. I mean you are the people paying the owners and the staff salary and therefore you should be happy. If you are not, let them know about it. Do not take it sitting down. It is plain as day to me that the management of the Avalon continue to post on this board posing as a resident and that it is the same person. If management is capable of doing something sneaky like this, what else will they do to get your money?! Watch out.
