I have lived here for 4 years and I agree with all the negative criticism I have read. This place has turned ghetto, and I'm not talking about the residents. The new management doesn't seem to care at all about the renters. When it changed to Avalon Parc the current residents were assured that nothing would change. Well everything did. When Post owned this place the management staff was top notch. They knew who I was when I entered and were always friendly. Now whenever I go to the office I have to give them my information over and over again. The management seems cold whereas the Post management were friendly.


During the day the property is great. The maint. crew is friendly and top notch. At night it's a different story. This place turns SKETCHY...random people wander about the grounds. Once I tried to use the washer/dryer room at night and discovered someone sleeping there...I had a friend spend the night and her car was stolen. I am moving out as soon as my lease is up. I would only recommend this place to someone I hate.

Why not move now. Post was worse they did not care about Jack they let who ever move in when they new they were selling.

All I have to say is the new owners have LINCOLN PROPERTY managing the property now and things will turn around. LPC is none for taking a good property and making it better. Believe me if people are there, that shouldn't give them just a few months, or less. They wont be for much longer and you will have better residents berfore too long. Because the property is nice and is located in a great location.
