Dear Future Tenent,

I am writing this at 2 in the morning. The police have come and left. There are tenants wandering about the areas between the buildings drunk. Oh, and they are having noisy conversations about baby daddys and they will not shut up. I just want to sleep. Guess I will call the cops again. I need to get out of this place. No respect from the neighbors for sure. I am tired of those noisy cars with their noisy radios too. Why do people get louder, the more they have to drink' What a slum.
