Reading through these reviews there are things I agree and disagree with. Several people have made comments about roach or rodent problems. One thing I can say about this place is I have never seen a roach much less a rodent. I also disagree with the paper thin walls. I have never heard peoples conversations or every cough or fart as someone put it. I do have a problem with my upstairs neighbors being loud but I attribute that to the 70 pound pit bull and 7 year old child rough-housing. I do agree with the trash problem. The dumpsters are always overflowing and people are always leaving garbage bags sitting outside their front doors which is terribly tacky. The maintenance is good but they do take a day or two to respond. My main problem is with the office staff. They hardly ever return phone calls and do not follow up on issues. It takes a month to take care of an issue that should be resolved in a few days. I agree that the parking can be a problem and the security gates are broken 90% of the time. Would I recommend this complex' It is 3 miles away from my work and the rent is cheap enough. So, sure, if it is close to your work and you are on a budget, it is great. If money is not so much of an issue, I say go next door to The Livingston.
